What you need is a non-wool (fake) pashmina in a dark color that will hide all stains and can be washed out in a hotel room sink. And you might try sitting closer to the table -- I try to keep my face over my plate. If all else fails, Shout Wipes can be found at a supermarket near you. I always pack a bunch. Bon voyage!!
